When you're making the chapatis with your dough instead of using only flour on the surface, hands and tools try to add some spices or herbs.
You can try nutmeg, cayenne pepper, a non hot curry, parsley, oregano and so on. They are great as a side kick for cheese.
If you're cooking the chapatis for a wet sauce choose the flavor according the sauce you'll prepare. Experiment. spice it up and surprise yourself.
Don't waste
Sometimes there's some leftovers. Just heat them on a toaster or a frying pan and they're good to go.
